Welcome!

FULL LAUNCH COMING SOON

Thank you for stopping by! I am excited to share this passion project that is a long time coming. My website was birthed out of a need for greater representation of Black voices within neuropsychology and cognitive aging. Too often our stories and needs are erased entirely or "othered" and deemed less of a priority. With this site, I hope to curate a space that centers the Black experience, fosters community and dialogue, and promotes collective healing regardless of where you fall along the lifespan. Here you will find a breadth of Black experiences -- ranging from my own (as a scientist-practitioner and recent doctoral graduate), to those of our elders who are aging while Black in America, and everything in between. As such, the goals of this website are three-pronged:

(1)

(2)

(3)

To serve as a resource for those interested in pursuing neuropsychology, current students, or new graduates and to explore the nuances of being Black/underrepresented in academic spaces.

To provide practical, culturally-relevant tools for brain health that integrates science and the unique strengths of being Black to empower aging adults.

To build community through sharing of lived experiences and interests.

I hope you find the future content serves you and generates intellectual exchange of ideas. In the meantime, please check out more about me and my work.

Let's connect.

Sign up to be alerted when the website officially launches. Additionally, if you would like to be added to a community of individuals interested in brain health and neuropsychology and to receive updates on my blog and other happenings, please fill out the form below.

Thank you for submitting! I look forward to connecting with you soon.
